We must be able to tie the name on the title to the name that will appear on the registration. For example, if the name on the title reads “John Doe” and the application for registration reads “John Doe Trucking,” we can tie the two names together. These credentials may still serve as valid photo identification if the name on the credential is supported by the additional identity documentation.
